Spinnaker FleetTHE NPSA FLEET OF RACING SAILBOATS
npsa has historically hosted three fleets with three separate starts in their Wednesday night PHRF racing format. The 3 fleets were: Spinnaker, Non-Spinnaker and Non-Spinnaker Novice.
For 2004, however, we hope to combine the two non-spinnaker fleets and initiate a "cruising class" non-spinnaker fleet.
